Welcome! I appreciate your time spent here. My goal is that you’ll to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the whole experience. If you will be giving one of these pieces as a gift I truly hope that you and the recipient of your gift will be totally pleased!

Q.What kind of leather do you use? 
A.I use genuine, full grain, veg tan leather hides. Full-grain leather is considered the best quality leather you can buy. I cut each piece to get the best cuts out of each hide, at the same time, wasting as little as possible. This is natural leather that hasn’t been chemically processed to have a uniform surface or color. You can expect to see variations in color, texture, and thickness, some blemishes, folds or marbling of the colors. All these things are meant to create character in the leather, making each item unique.

Most of the leather is of medium to stiff temper. The leathers will soften and become more flexible with use making them even more beautiful, and all your own. These products are made to last a very, very long time, and to be used to the fullest!

Q.What's the paper like? 
A.Both the lined, and unlined paper I use in my journals currently is 24# White writing paper. It’s a little heavier than ordinary copy paper, but not as thick as drawing paper. It can be used with pencil and pen quite easily for writing or sketching. There isn’t a lot of tooth to this paper so it may not be suitable for charcoal or pastels, and it is not suitable for water based media.

Q.Can I get Monogramming? 
A.I am happy to monogram up to 3 or 4 initials at no charge, on almost every piece I currently make. Each letter is handstamped individually. Due to this process, I’m unable to monogram quotes or phrases.

Q.What types of Payment do you accept? 
A.Accepted Payment method is Paypal. You can use a credit card with Paypal without having an account with Paypal!

Q.How do you ship, and how long will it take to process my item? 
A.Purchases made will be sent to the address listed on Paypal Invoice. 

I ship to the United States and Internationally using USPS Priority Domestic and USPS First Class International Mail.

Orders ship out according to the timeline given in the listing description. You will be sent an email confirmation note that will give you more information regarding when you order will be sent out. 

*International customs charges are responsibility of the buyer.

Q.Can I return my item? 
A.I am careful and detailed in what I make and thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. If your item has my embossed logo I feel confident it will meet your approval. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to me for an exchange or refund:

Returns will be accepted within 30 days after receiving the item. I will offer an exchange or refund if the item is returned unused and in the original condition. Please let me know in advance of a return. Returns of Monogrammed items will not be accepted.

Q.I don't see what I'm looking for, can you custom make something for me? 
A.In most cases, I don't accept custom orders any longer. Please don't hesitate to contact me though, I might be planning on releasing just the thing you're looking for and can give you an estimated time for the release date.
